• Complete the Kindergartent Transportation Request form found here.
• Kindergarten enrollment forms are also available for pick up at any elementary building and the Corunna Administration Building.

• For Schools of Choice Parents- Schools of choice applications are available here or at any of the elementary buildings and the Superintendent’s Office at 124 N. Shiawassee St., Corunna.
• The application, along with proof of residence, must be turned in with your application. (This can be a Consumer’s Power or telephone bill with parents’ name and address)
