2026-27 Re-Enrollment Form

This process will serve as your student’s official registration for the upcoming school year.  It must be completed by a parent or legal guardian and requires an electronic signature.

Please complete a separate form for each child in grades Kindergarten (only prior Begindergartners moving to Kindergarten) through 12th grade before the first day of school.

NEW Families (2026-2027)
If your student is new to Corunna this year, you will need to complete this process AFTER completing initial enrollment forms at Central Office.
