Hello, My name is Noah Wiggins (Nurse Noah). I am the Public Health Nurse for Corunna Public Schools. I am excited to bring my experience and expertise to our district to help promote a culture of Health, Wellness and Safety. I am a Corunna graduate, class of 2006 and a proud Cavalier. I served in the United States Air Force and when I am not working or going to school, I enjoy spending time with my family, watching the Detroit Tigers and helping coach youth sports. I look forward to seeing everyone around the district, if you see me in the hall say 'hi' and please reach out if you would like to schedule a nurse visit concerning your child.

What is the role of a Public Health Nurse?

Public Health Nurses promote and protect the health of different populations using knowledge from nursing, social, and public health sciences. (American Nurses Association). When Public Health Nurses are employed by school districts, their focus is on promoting the health and well-being of the students, staff, and community in which they serve.
