January Employee of the Month
Mike is a paraprofessional in the Innovations Academy program and an EDUStaff night custodian at Corunna High School. He first was hired in September of 2017 and also has been a paraprofessional at Elsa Meyer Elementary and Corunna Middle School. “I say my journey has come full-circle here at Corunna Schools. I attended Corunna Public Schools kindergarten through twelfth grade, as well as my children. We represent the classes of 1988, 2017 and 2021. Now I am back in the building where I started the journey of my adult life. I have worked a full career and chose to come back to Corunna at the end, to give back to the district. I care about the buildings, students and staff inside them. I’m proud to work with a great school board, administrators, educators, and support staff.
